Global Relief, Inc. (GRI) is a 501 C 3 U.S.- based nonprofit humanitarian organization dedicated to supporting communities affected by crisis through emergency relief and longer-term assistance. GRI is currently preparing to resume participation in humanitarian operations supporting Palestinian civilians in Gaza through Cyprus and the Cyprus Maritime Corridor (CMC). The planned assistance is expected to include food, medical supplies, shelter materials, clothing, and other essential humanitarian items intended for civilians and families in need. GRI has previously participated in humanitarian operations through the Cyprus route and has developed practical experience with the procedures, logistics, and coordination required for this type of operation. That prior experience, together with established working relationships with relevant Cypriot authorities and operational partners, will support GRI as it prepares for renewed humanitarian activity. GRI expresses its appreciation to the Government of Cyprus and the relevant Cypriot authorities for their continued efforts to facilitate humanitarian assistance and coordination. We look forward to moving ahead with this operation and contributing to the delivery of essential aid to civilians in Gaza in a responsible, coordinated, and effective manner.
